Zero Waste Bistro in New York

“With Zero Waste Bistro, we're proposing a future that reduces waste and helps to regenerate our natural environment”.

Produced by: Harri Koskinen and Linda Bergroth

Finnish Designer Harri Koskinen and Linda Bergroth worked with ReWall to build a Restaurant made from recycled milk cartons packaging. The recycled panels gave a mottled silver-blue tone from a distance. The space was used for a 4 day catering event. Recycled materials were also used for servin utensils.

Organised by Kate Ridgway, Paul Daramola, Roseanne Scott, Tiziana Di Ronco, Sophie James and Guiseppe Ferrigno in collaboration with Dian Small, RIBA London.
