


Zero Waste Bistro in New York

Finnish Designer Harri Koskinen and Linda Bergroth worked with ReWall to build a Restaurant made from recycled milk cartons packaging. The recycled panels gave a mottled silver-blue tone from a distance. The space was used for a 4 day catering event. Recycled materials were also used for servin utensils.
